Frequently Asked Questions (General)
- What are your hours of operation?
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST) for direct assistance.
 Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week when you shop online or fax us your order at 1-732-901-1903.
- My order did not arrive... what should I do?
- We can track the status of your order for you. Contact us with your PO number and/or Sales Order number.
- My solution arrived frozen... how should I proceed?
- Most standards will thaw without effecting the analytes. However, this is not true of all elements. We recommend you contact us with your solution's catalog number to check if it's still good. If it's not, we will gladly replace it, free of charge.
- What is your turn-around time for custom standards?
- Our turn-around time is same-day shipping for stock items and 4-5 days for custom solutions. These numbers vary depending upon the nature of the request.

- I need a current MSDS... what should I do?
- MSDSs for stock products are available online in PDF format. Perform an MSDS search to find the Material Safety Data Sheet you need.
