If technical support cannot satisfactorily resolve a problem, the product (or services rendered) may be deemed faulty. This can include the following:
- Customer received an incorrect item
- A custom solution does not work properly
- Product appears to be leaking
- Customer received an incorrect number of products
- An incorrect method of shipment was used
- Standard contains an incorrect number of elements
- A Certified Value appears to be incorrect
- Customer received incorrect documentation
