If a customer is not completely satisfied with a product distributed by Inorganic Ventures, our staff will provide immediate technical support to resolve the problem.

If technical support cannot satisfactorily resolve a problem, the product (or services rendered) may be deemed faulty. This can include the following:

• Customer received an incorrect item
• A custom solution does not work properly
• Product appears to be leaking
• Customer received an incorrect number of products
• An incorrect method of shipment was used
• Standard contains an incorrect number of elements
• A Certified Value appears to be incorrect
• Customer received incorrect documentation

If the product or services rendered are deemed faulty, the customer will be sent a free replacement of the product (shipping included) OR the customer may opt to receive a full refund.*
