Terms

All prices herein or on an accompanying price list are subject to change without notice. Orders are sent FOB shipping point. UPS, Federal Express, Airborne, etc., shipping charges are prepaid and added to your invoice.

A Handling Fee of $5.00 will be added to each order to help defray the cost of designing, purchasing, and testing our packaging for UN / ICAO / IMDG Certification, as well as to help defray the cost of the restricted articles paper work required by UPS, Federal Express, and others.

Ordering Information

Orders and quotations may be placed online or faxed at 732-901-1903, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Additionally, orders may be placed by phone during our regular business hours of 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (EST). Online requests will be processed promptly during regular business hours.

Specials

Some specials are one-time only offers that have a definitive expiration date included with the offer. These discounts are limited to one (1) offer per company location, unless otherwise stated within the offer.

Other specials, such as our 10% Off Every Tenth Online Order offer, are fixed offers that are available for as long as the special remains in effect. These incentives may be applied to an unlimited number of orders, unless otherwise stated within the offer.

1. Discounts and incentives apply to U.S. residents only, unless otherwise states within the offer.
2. Any discount or incentive cannot be combined with any other discount or incentive, unless otherwise stated within the offer.
3. Discounts and incentives apply to products manufactured by Inorganic Ventures, unless otherwise stated within the offer.
4. Discounts and incentives are granted only to those companies who purchase direct. They are not extended to purchases made through dealers or distributors.
5. Discounts and incentives are not extended to dealers and distributors (both foreign and domestic), however special pricing is typically available. Contact us for details.
6. Additional discounts and incentives are not extended to companies that regularly receive special pricing and/or discounted shipping.
7. Discounts and Incentives are extended to current accounts and do not apply to any account that is delinquent.

Inorganic Ventures, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or void any discount or incentive if extenuating circumstances apply.

Non-Established Accounts

Orders will be shipped upon full remittance or C.O.D. Payments can be made via MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. To establish your account, you can either e-mail accounting at info@inorganicventures.com or call an accounting representative between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (EST) at (800) 569-6799.

Export Orders

Firms located in areas having no authorized dealer may order directly from Inorganic Ventures. All export orders are subject to current export prices and are shipped in compliance with transportation regulations of the U.S.A., U.S.DOT, ICAO / IATA, and public carriers. Export orders may be subject to various additional charges for Customs Documentation, Letters of Credit, Sight Drafts, Certifications, Insurance, etc. Please request a Proforma Invoice prior to placing your order.

Replacements, Refunds, Guarantee

No-charge replacement products and refunds are covered by the terms of our guarantee:

If a customer is not completely satisfied with a product distributed by Inorganic Ventures, our staff will provide immediate technical support to resolve the problem. If technical support cannot satisfactorily resolve a problem, the product (or services rendered) may be deemed faulty. E.g.:

• Customer received an incorrect item
• Standard contains an incorrect number of elements
• A Certified Value appears to be incorrect

If the product or services rendered are deemed faulty, the customer will have the option of receiving a no-charge replacement of the product or a total refund of the purchase price. In the case of a replacement, Inorganic Ventures will cover all shipping expenses. No-charge replacements and refunds are issued at the management's discretion.

Returns, Exchanges, Damaged Goods

Situations not covered under the terms of our guarantee (above) may require a return and/or exchange of the product. Items will only be accepted for return or exchange with a valid Return Authorization Number. Contact us to receive this number. Custom-manufactured items are accepted for return or exchange at the management's discretion. All transportation and packaging expenses on returned or exchanged items are assumed by the customer. Credit for returned items is subject to a modest restocking charge. Credit will not be issued until it is determined by our inspection that returned items are unused, undamaged and in resellable condition. All returned items must be received within 30 days of the original invoice date.

If carton is received in a conspicuously damaged condition, alert carrier and refuse acceptance. If damaged goods are found within an intact parcel, notify us within 5 days and retain all items, boxes and shipping materials for possible inspection. If required, shipment may be duplicated to enable customers to continue operations within the interim.

Legal Notice

Inorganic Ventures' products are offered for laboratory use only and they should be handled by qualified individuals trained in laboratory procedures and familiar with the products' potential hazards. The consumer assumes all responsibility for the safe storage, handling, application, and disposal of any Inorganic Ventures product.
